School Excursions Bus & Minibus Hire

I just wanted to email to say a big ‘thank you’ to both yourself and Les (our driver) in regards to our recent booking with Sydney Coach Charter.

From our initial enquiry right up until our booking day – your professionalism, help and assistance, and fast responses back to my questions alongside the amendments as needed to our booking, was greatly appreciated as you made it very easy for me to work with you as nothing appeared too much trouble for you to organise – so thank you!

Les our driver was an absolute gem! He was very professional, always early, very accommodating to our plans as nothing was too much of a problem for him (we did run a little late to some of the program meetings). So please pass along our appreciation and thanks to Les 😊

Dear Joan,

We just wanted to thank you so much for your wonderful organisation of the buses with our Year 11 Camp to Milson Island. The bus drivers were very respectful, and the buses themselves were well presented and tidy.

The punctuality and professionalism of the drivers was greatly appreciated.

Thank you again.

Kindest regards

I would like to personally thank you for your assistance with the bus transfer on Thursday. Everything has been great and Peter, Allan and Sam were very friendly and professional.

I will contact you soon for bus transfer for a huge event in July. 300 delegate that require transportation or several days, I will fill you in a little later

I am very much looking forward to working together with you in the near future

Just a quick email to thank you and Jonathan for great service in getting our group to Brooklyn and home again yesterday. The bus arrived on time ( which doesn’t often happen for us with other companies we have used in the past). We arrived back late from our transfer but Jonathan was very accommodation.

We will certainly look at using your charter services again in the future and I often have groups who, are planning to visit Featherdale, enquire about suitable coach charters so I’d be happy to recommend your services to them.

Thank you so much for all your help over the last couple of weeks with the buses, you have been so accommodation and flexible, especially as are numbers were constantly fluctuating !

The buses that you provided were punctual and immaculate and the drivers were very professional and friendly, I have had nothing but positive feedback and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sydney Coach Charter’s again

I would like to thank you on behalf of our Managing Director Robert Ell who was immensely satisfied with the service of your company and efficiency of the drivers

He has requested that I keep your company on record and if possible for our next requested if we could have the same driver.

Once again, your professional approach and wonderful service was greatly appreciated

Please pass on the thanks to the driver as well.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received on all of our bus transfers last week. The drivers were all lovely and very helpful- we will certainly use your services in the future and recommend you. And of course a big thank you to you for your exceptional customer service and flexibility taking into account all our changes and revisions

Thank you for your help with organising the tours for us. We were very pleased with both drivers so thank you once again.

I personally rode with Paul on 2 of the tours yesterday and found him to be amazing. He went so friendly and went out of his way to be helpful, so I want to pass along that feedback.

We will certainly be in touch for any future tours we organise.

Just wanted to let you know everything went smoothly yesterday and Jason was a great driver. Everyone in the group was very complimentary of him and the bus trip – very comfortable bus, smooth ride and it was all perfect.

Just wanted to say that our team advised that the coaches looked fantastic- really great and really great quality

I hope that we get a chance to use you again for one of our events

Thanks again Joan
