Sasha was absolutely brilliant – punctual (always early, actually), friendly, great communication, and so helpful. While he was waiting for us, he even kindly picked up my bag which I had left down by the kayaks, which meant I could focus on the group – it made my job much easier, so very impressed – THANK YOU!

A big thank you to you and your team for being so flexible and detailed in the organisational process, it was such a big job and could have easily gone very wrong, very quickly – however your professionalism and patience really made it look easy.

A note to say thank you to your team for driving us to the southern highlands and back Both drivers were friendly, helpful with our bags and arrived on time to collect us in buses that were neat and clean. I do feel sorry for the driver that drove us back to Sydney as there were so many accidents that evening. We arrived back to Sydney much later than expected but he got us back safely and that’s the main thing.

I will certainly keep your company in mind when organising our next trip.
